Getting Started

Go from zero to a generated report in four steps with Scrippio.

1

Create or import a template

Head to Templates and click New template to start from scratch, or Import from Word to bring in an existing .docx file. You can also browse Community templates shared by other clinicians.

2

Add AI blocks

In the template editor, type / to open the slash menu and insert an AI block. Give each block a title (e.g. "Functional Assessment") and a prompt describing what the AI should write.

3

Select a client and generate

Click Use Template on any template. On the generate page, pick a client from the sidebar, optionally attach notes or documents, then click Generate All. The AI fills every block with clinically-reasoned content in real time.

4

Review, edit, and export

Review the draft in the editor - edit anything you like. When you're happy, click Download to get a formatted Word document or PDF ready for submission.

Tip: Your first report takes about 2 minutes end-to-end. After that, re-using the same template with different clients is even faster.

What to explore next

Once you've generated your first report, dive deeper into Templates to learn about AI blocks, or check out Voice Notes to record session notes hands-free.
