Managing Clients

The Clients page is your central hub for managing client records, documents, notes, and reports.

Adding clients

Click Add client and enter a first name, last name, and optional note. That's it - you can start generating reports immediately.

Client profile tabs

Each client has four tabs:

  • Overview - client details, quick stats, and a list of all past reports with options to edit, download, or delete.
  • Documents - upload files (.pdf, .docx, images, audio) that can be attached as context during report generation.
  • Notes - text notes you can write and organise. Attach them to reports for additional context.
  • Voice Notes - recorded audio with transcripts. See the Voice Notes guide for details.

Archiving clients

No longer seeing a client? Archive them to keep your active list clean. Archived clients can be restored at any time from the Archived tab.

Exporting client data

Click Export on the Clients page to download a CSV of your client list. Select specific clients with checkboxes to export only those.
